There is only 8 more days before I head to Forks, and I am already feeling the pressure. Do I have the correct clothes purchased? Do I have the latest flight schedule? AM I PREPARED FOR THE THREE PRESENTATIONS?!? I know, I know. Typical drama queen stress, huh? Here is one more layer added to the stress . . . volleyball.Now for some, volleyball means a fun sport that requires skill and the ability to keep your eye on the ball. For me, however, volleyball means a challenging sport that requires skill I am lacking and the ability NOT to fall and get hurt. Seriously!
Finding out that LAWebber will be going to Forks, we decided to see if they needed extra players for the Summer School volleyball tournament. WHAT WERE WE THINKING?!? Within 48 hours of our volunteer sign-up MMcCullough and HLandreth placed us both on teams. Let's hope I am not the grandmother for the Grizzlies team. Again . . . WHAT WERE WE THINKING?!? Let's pray I get home in one piece.
